THE PERSON BEHIND HANDEL MEDIA
A creative eye.

Producer, editor, and photographer based in Maryland.
SOPHIA HANDEL · FOUNDER, HANDEL MEDIA
HI, I’M SOPHIA
Producer.
Editor.
Photographer.
I founded Handel Media to help people and organizations share their stories through video and photography. I’m based in Maryland and work across production, editing, and still images.
Before starting Handel Media, I spent more than four years as a producer at The Hatcher Group. That experience shaped how I approach a project: understand the story first, make a clear plan, and pay attention to the details.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Film, with a minor in business. I bring both a creative perspective and a practical approach to the work.
